Health Plus Physicians Organization (“HPPO”) is a physician organization. HPPO is not an HMO, but an administrative office that contracts with many HMOs to provide a network of physicians, hospitals, and health care providers to the HMO’s membership. Under its contractual arrangements HPPO completes many administrative management functions designated by the contract requirements of HMO managed care plans. We offer a broad access to care and extended hours to meet your needs. Our administrative office is available daily.
HPPO prides itself on the healthcare delivery network. Our contracted hospital network was expanded in 2002. It consists of Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Northwest Community Hospital, St. Alexius Medical Center, University of Chicago Hospital and Loyola University Medical Center. HPPO’s delivery system focuses on prevention of disease, disease management, and quality of care.
HPPO participates with Humana and BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois
