Hospitals, Surgery Centers, Radiology and Labs

Health Plus Physicians Organization (HPPO) is an Independent Physician Association, therefore we are not backed or affiliated with just one hospital or facility. We have the capability of contracting with a number of facilities in order to meet the diverse needs of our members. HPPO utilizes a range of facilities throughout the Northwest suburbs of Chicago in order to properly service our members. We utilize various providers including hospitals, laboratories, radiology facilities and physical therapy providers.
